I follow the new listings on Tybee Island daily as well as any recent price reductions. Just noticed today that a listing on north end of the island was recently reduced by $200,000. It is a very cute fixer-upper with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It was originally part of Fort Screven and was built (I was told) as a warehouse storage. Priced in the 200's it is great deal for someone wanting to get into the real estate market on Tybee Island. Give me a call and I would be happy to give you more information on the house.
