Savannah Beach & Racquet Part 2

Well, I am a realtor on Tybee - so I have to share with you information on listings on Tybee - so lets start with Savannah Beach and Racquet. SBRC is located at 1217 Bay Street on the Savannah River. The development has 168 condos that are privately owned. All of the condos are one bedroom and one bathroom. The development is a gated community with private access to the Savannah River/Beach.
